Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard Debit and Credit Cards, American Express and Discover. When placing an order using a credit card, you will need your credit card billing address as well as the 3 digit CIS or VIN number on the back of the card (4 digits for American Express).
Shipping:
All products are made at the time of purchase and shipped within 5 days of receiving the order. Most orders are shipped within 3 days depending on the size of the order. Your shipping quote is what UPS charges us for shipping. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders by the customer using the UPS choices listed. We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. UPS requires a street address, and will not deliver to a PO Box. All Prices and Policies are subject to change without notice. L'air Bleu reserves the right to refuse sales to anyone for any reason.
What if I enter my address incorrectly?
Contact us immediately if your package has not shipped we will simply add the correct address. If you enter a shipping address incorrectly and it has already shipped, UPS must make an address correction. L'air Bleu incurs an additional $5.00 per package minimum charge from UPS for ground packages when this mistake is made. Expedited shipping methods are charged more. In the event this happens, L'air Bleu will pass this charge on to you by charging your credit card the additional UPS charge.
Zones:
Because FedEx is zoned, if you choose an incorrect zone (example: you live in New York, yet choose Priority Mail - Washington), we will charge you the correct shipping price. With the Postal Service's zoning program, this could be a difference of up to $8 per pound. Please take care to verify that you choose the correct shipping rate for your package.
Adding to your order:
If you have already submitted your order and want to add another item or two, please submit another order. If you place an additional order online we will try to combine your orders if possible to save you money on shipping and handling, but we may not always be able to.
Back Orders:
On occasion when something is out of stock in the warehouse but marked in stock on the web site, we send out any remaining items in your order and then ship out the back ordered item as soon as it arrives. There will be no additional cost for any shipping of back orders.
Damaged Goods
We do our best to ensure your product is packed and delivered safe and sound. On occasion the contents have been abused without signs of distress on the box (dropping, crushing, thrown or kicked). Open the box in front of the courier before signing. If the product looks like it has leaked or damages have resulted from shipping, do not except it! Return the item in its original box so we can assess the problem and put an insurance claim through. We will give you a replacement or your money back promptly. Fax or e-mail us of these events immediately!
Discontinued Items:
Is there an item that we've previously carried that you want to purchase? Write to us about it. We may be able to special order small amounts just for you. Special orders will be charged a 10% processing fee.
