Q: How Secure is this site?

A: L'air Bleu is committed to protecting any personal information that you may provide to us. Names, addresses and financial information (such as credit card numbers) are for business purposes only. We will never sell or disclose the information we collect. All of the information you provide us is considered highly confidential.

Whenever you see the lock on the page or the https:// in your browser address bar, you know you are safe. You will see both of these on this site.

Q: Can you help me design a product line for both the men and women for my wedding party?

A: Yes! I would love to help you choose the right products and fragrance for your special day. Contact us and we can discuss custom designing.

Q: Can you also custom design for my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday party?

A: Whatever your occasion, I would be glad to help. Just contact shari@lairbleu.com and we will respond by email or phone, whichever you would prefer.

Q: How soon after an order has been placed will it be shipped?

A: All regular orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If we are out of stock on a particular item, you will be notified with an estimated shipping date.

Q: What Shipping Methods are available?

A: The shopping cart is set up to allow you to choose your preferred method of shipping. Rates are based on total rate of order and are done at the shipper's site in real time.
